DEDICATED PROJECT MANAGERS

Our commitment to service and communication continues by assigning a personal project manager to your project. The project manager is your principal contact during the actual construction stage. With over 20 years of experience, your project manager has completed national construction code courses and is well-versed with all technical aspects of building systems and codes. The project manager coordinates each aspect of your home-improvement project in a logical, scheduled and organized fashion, anticipating complications before they happen and taking the necessary steps to avoid delay and unforeseen costs. With your own dedicated project manager, your project runs in a way that minimizes stress and allows you to enjoy the remodeling process.

PHASE ONE: Preliminary Plans & Preliminary Estimate

An initial budget for the project is established after carefully reviewing the existing site, floor plans and elevations.

PHASE TWO:
Developing the Working Construction Drawings

Subcontractors and the construction team visit the site to begin working on a final estimate based on a more precise scope of work.

PHASE THREE:      Final Selections, Contract Agreement & Timeline

Final construction drawings and specifications are completed, the contract agreement is set, a construction schedule is developed and the start date is agreed.

PHASE FOUR:       The Construction Process Begins

The process of constructing your new addition, remodeled room or new home begins! Regular communication with our clients is a key component to the success of each project.
