Developing the Working Construction Drawings
PHASE ONE: Preliminary Plans & Preliminary Estimate
An initial budget for the project is established after carefully reviewing the existing site, floor plans and elevations.
Subcontractors and the construction team visit the site to begin working on a final estimate based on a more precise scope of work.
The process of constructing your new addition, remodeled room or new home begins! Regular communication with our clients is a key component to the success of each project.
Final construction drawings and specifications are completed, the contract agreement is set, a construction schedule is developed and the start date is agreed.
PHASE FOUR: The Construction Process Begins
PHASE THREE: Final Selections, Contract Agreement & Timeline
