We begin with a Project Evaluation. We visit the site, take measurements, review the existing space, and develop design and construction solutions based on your goals. If the preliminary design meets your criteria, we provide a preliminary estimate.

Construction Agreement
Once final pricing is accepted, we move to contract and schedule the project.
Phase 2
Final Drawings & Pricing
If the preliminary estimate falls within your desired investment range, we move forward with final drawings and detailed pricing.
